概要

旗迹由个人开发者 Louis Jia 开发和提供。
你通过 App Store 获得旗迹，使用时适用 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议（EULA），以及本条款中的补充说明。两者冲突时，以 Apple 标准 EULA 为准。
你在旗迹里记录的数据属于你自己。数据如何处理，见隐私政策。

1. 使用旗迹

旗迹是一款高尔夫记分、复盘和训练工具，供个人非商业使用。请不要对 App 进行反编译、篡改或用于违法用途。

2. 数据和建议仅供参考

距离、位置、果岭距离、天气、风向、杆数得失、球杆推荐和训练建议都是根据你的记录、设备定位和第三方数据估算出来的，可能不准确。
它们不能作为规则判罚、比赛成绩认证、差点计算或任何下注的依据。正式比赛请遵守比赛规则，确认赛事是否允许使用测距类功能。
打球时请注意安全：留意周围的人和飞来的球，驾驶球车或走路时不要看手机。

3. 问 AI

AI 的回答由你选择的 AI 服务生成，可能出错或不完整，不构成专业的教练、医疗或其他建议。AI 的回答不会改动你的记录；只有你点「应用」后，AI 给出的训练计划才会保存。使用自己的 AI 服务 key 时，适用该服务自己的条款和收费。

4. 第三方服务

旗迹会用到 Apple 的服务（例如 iCloud、WeatherKit、地图、语音识别），以及你自己选择的 AI 服务。这些服务由各自的提供方负责，适用它们自己的条款。它们暂时不可用时，旗迹的相关功能也可能无法使用。

5. 备份

请开启 iCloud 或定期在设置 › 数据中导出备份。旗迹会尽力保护你的数据，但无法保证在设备丢失、损坏或 iCloud 出问题时数据一定能恢复。

6. 更新和变更

旗迹可能会更新、调整或停止某些功能。条款有重要变更时，会更新本页的生效日期，并在需要时在 App 内说明。

7. 免责与责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，旗迹按「现状」提供，不对其适用于特定用途作任何保证；开发者不对因使用或无法使用旗迹造成的间接损失承担责任。本条不排除法律规定不能排除的责任。

PinTrace is developed and provided by Louis Jia, an independent developer.
You get PinTrace from the App Store, and your use of it is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), together with the additional notes on this page. Where they conflict, Apple's Standard EULA prevails.
The data you record in PinTrace is yours. How it is handled is described in the privacy policy.

1. Using PinTrace

PinTrace is a golf scoring, review and training tool for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not decompile or tamper with the app or use it for unlawful purposes.

2. Numbers and suggestions are estimates

Distances, positions, green distances, weather, wind, strokes gained, club suggestions and practice suggestions are estimated from your records, your device's location and third-party data, and can be wrong.
They must not be used for rules decisions, certifying competition scores, handicap calculation or any kind of betting. In competition, follow the rules of the event, including whether distance-measuring features are allowed.
Stay safe on the course: watch for people and incoming balls, and do not look at your phone while driving a cart or walking.

3. Ask AI

AI answers are generated by the AI service you choose. They can be wrong or incomplete and are not professional coaching, medical or other advice. AI answers never change your records; a training plan suggested by AI is saved only when you tap Apply. When you use your own AI service key, that service's own terms and charges apply.

4. Third-party services

PinTrace uses Apple services (such as iCloud, WeatherKit, Maps and speech recognition) and the AI service you choose. Those services are the responsibility of their providers and are covered by their own terms. When they are unavailable, the related features of PinTrace may not work.

5. Backups

Please turn on iCloud or export a backup regularly from Settings › Data. PinTrace does its best to protect your data but cannot guarantee recovery if a device is lost or damaged or iCloud has a problem.

6. Updates and changes

PinTrace may update, change or discontinue features. When these terms change in an important way, the effective date on this page is updated, and the change is explained in the app where needed.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinTrace is provided "as is", without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and the developer is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use PinTrace. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
