Please include your device model, iOS version, the app version (Settings › About) and the steps that show the problem. If you have screenshots, attach them when you reply to my email.

你填的内容会以邮件形式发给我，只用来回复你。人机验证由 Cloudflare Turnstile 提供，用来挡住垃圾信息。 What you write is emailed to me and used only to reply to you. The check is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile and keeps spam out.

我的数据存在哪里？Where is my data stored?

保存在你的设备上。如果登录了 iCloud，还会同步到你自己的 iCloud 私有空间，开发者无法查看。

On your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, it also syncs to your own private iCloud storage, which the developer cannot access.

换手机或重装后，记录还在吗？Will my records survive a new phone or a reinstall?

在新设备上登录同一个 iCloud 账户并打开旗迹，记录会自动同步回来。也可以通过 iCloud 或电脑备份整机恢复。

Sign in to the same iCloud account on the new device and open PinTrace; your records sync back automatically. A full iCloud or computer backup restore also works.

怎么导出我的数据？How do I export my data?

设置 › 数据 › 导出本地 JSON。

Settings › Data › Export local JSON.

怎么删除数据？How do I delete my data?

在 App 里删除赛事、轮次或球场，会同时从设备和 iCloud 删除。要删除全部数据：删除 App 会清除本机数据；iCloud 中的副本可以在 iOS 设置 › [你的名字] › iCloud › 管理账户储存空间 › 旗迹 中删除。

Deleting a tournament, round or course in the app removes it from the device and from iCloud. To delete everything: deleting the app removes on-device data, and the iCloud copy can be deleted in iOS Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage › PinTrace (旗迹).

提示「无法读取之前的数据」怎么办？The app says it couldn't read my previous data.

原文件已经完整保留，不会被覆盖。登录 iCloud 的话，记录通常会自动同步回来。如果没有回来，请在 设置 › 数据 中导出保留的文件，再通过上面的表单联系我协助恢复。

The original file has been kept intact and will not be overwritten. With iCloud, your records usually sync back on their own. If they don't, export the kept file from Settings › Data and contact me with the form above so I can help recover it.

旗迹 Coach 会把我的数据发到网上吗？Does PinTrace Coach send my data online?

不会。复盘与训练建议由 App 内的统计规则在你的设备上计算，不使用 AI 模型，也不会把数据发送到任何服务器。只有你自己使用「问 AI」时，资料才会离开 App，详见隐私政策。

No. Review and practice suggestions are calculated on your device by the app's own statistics rules. No AI model is used and nothing is sent to any server. Material leaves the app only when you use Ask AI yourself; see the privacy policy.
